Olivia’s 40 Workout

Before we get into my 40 Workout, I had to share the latest addition to my fitness shoe collection. I am a sucker for workout shoes, and I follow Nike, Adidas and APL like it’s my job. šŸ™‚ So when I saw these new, ah-mazing Nikes, I have never hit the purchase button faster. For the past two months I have been doing workouts every Friday on VE. These workouts are meant to incorporate into your weekly routine. If you go the gym, you can incorporate these workouts at the gym, or at home. I you are more of a class person, you probably have days where you don’t make it to class, these workouts can be done at home, so that you don’t miss a beat. If you don’t do either, you can do 3 to 4 of my workouts at home every week. You can find all of these workouts under the fitness tab. These workouts are designed to be done at home.

The 40 Workout

Set 1

10 Burpees

10 Thrusters (with weights in each hand, lift them by your shoulders, squat down and on your way up lift your arms straight in the air)


10 Full Sit Ups

Repeat 4x

Set 2


10 Weighted Step Ups (each leg)


10 hip raises (each leg)

Repeat 4x

Set 3


10 Side Plank Hip Raises (each side)

10 Mountain Climbers
