Things are starting to slow down for me. I went outside on Tuesday in the 85 degree heat and just swelled up. I still haven’t recovered. BUT besides my endless checklist for my nesting phase, I am still trying to stay healthy for myself and my sweet Driver. I am still working out, just not as hardcore. Because I am still working out I am having to dress for it. Dressing for any occasion at this point is a real chore. I got this “really big” top from Carbon 38 and I love it for working out or just running around town. It is definitely perfect for the later stages of pregnancy. Weekend Workout
I always try to just do a hike or walk with friends on Saturday and then take Sunday‘s off, so below is a good quick weekend workout when you don’t want to hit the gym!
5mins of Abs to Start:
1 min plank raises
1 min bicycle crunches
15 push-ups (with or without ball)
20 walking lunges
60 jumping jacks
Easy and fast, Done!
