The Ab Workout We All Need For Summer

So, basically if Kendall Jenner reveals any body secrets other than being 21, I’m going to listen and follow. Recently she posted her ab routine to her app and website and I immediately started incorporating it into my routine. With bathing suit season slowly arriving, abs and butt are always heavily on my mind….


I wrote out her ab routine below. My plan is to TRY to do this at least 3 times a week for the spring and summer months. I like having little work outs like this that I can do anywhere, on the road, or at home and knock out in under 15 minutes. Anyone can do that, right?!

1.Forearm plank, 30 seconds

2.High plank, 30 seconds

3.Side plank, 15 seconds

4.Side plank with crunch, 5 reps per side

5.Single arm/leg plank, 15 seconds

6.Rocking plank, 15 seconds

7.Knee-to-elbow plank, 5 reps per side

8.Crunch, 20 reps

9.Bicycle crunch, 30 seconds

10.Vertical crunch, 20 seconds

11.Frog crunch, 15 reps

12.Twisted crunch, 15 reps

13.Leg lifts, 15 per leg

If you find yourself confused about any of the moves, just put the name into google and a plethora of pictures and videos will magically appear! Here’s to a summer of six packs and crop tops!
