It’s the most wonderful time of the year, right!?
While it is a a happy, joyous season, let’s be real, the holidays can wreak havoc on your system. Between holiday parties and shopping and traveling and stress, it is easy to be even more exhausted during your holiday break than rested.
So how do you survive the endless amounts of go, go, go that the December can bring??? Here are our tips!
It says gas relief, but trust me, it’s hangover prevention. You guys have heard me talk about this a million times, but this is legitimately the biggest lifesaver for me any time drinking is involved. I take two pills before bed anytime I have consumed alcohol. Basically the charcoal sucks up the toxins alcohol leaves in your body, helping your body to process it out and not feel lethargic or hungover the next day. Saving Grace during the holidays. Makeup Hacks For Not Looking Tired
Obviously if you have a late night and an early morning, you might look a little rough. There are the tricks of drinking lots of water, blah, blah, blah. While that is important, it can only do so much. As a makeup artist, I have learned some tricks to looking a little more bright eyed and bushy tailed after not a lot of sleep:
Under Eye Masks
Not only do these feel great, but they can depuff and hydrate eyes in a matter of 20 minutes. Great for the morning after.
Benefit High Brow
I apply this to the waterline of my eye and also my brow bone anytime I haven’t gotten a lot of sleep. It immediately opens up the eye and makes the whites of your eyes look brighter.
Speaking of opening up the eye, curling your lashes is a must when you are lacking in the sleep department.
