Beauty: How To Achieve The Top Golden Globes Looks

The Golden Globes was last night and to be honest I didn’t make it through the whole show. My favorite part of every award show is the red carpet, so unless you are the Grammy’s I pretty much zone out after the opening monologue. I did however fall in love with lots of beauty looks from last night. The fashion was on point and hit such a large range of styles that it definitely made it fun to watch. Here are some of my favorite beauty looks and some products and tips to help you re-create those looks!

The red lip seemed to rule last night. Amber Heard looked gorgeous in this oxblood shade. I’m seriously obsessing over all things matte when it comes to lipstick so this was right up my alley. Her makeup artist, nailed the dewy look. I recommend mixing a highlighting lotion, like the one linked below, into a sheer foundation to achieve this look!

I love the use of purple shades paired with Olivia Wilde’s maroon dress. The purples really make her green eyes stand out and the nude lips is the perfect touch to finish off this look.

Although, Kate Hudson’s skin looks a little iffy to me, I love how she always just owns the California beach babe look. Bronzed as usual with nudes and taupe shadows on the eyes and lips.

I love how clean Kirstin Dunst sultry, smoky eye and romantic lip looks. It’s enough color to accentuate all of her gorgeous features, without being too cakey and taking over her entire face. Just really pretty makeup, especially on her fair skin.

For the eyeshadow, try mixing both ‘Mirifique’ and ‘Emerveille’. For lips try ‘Audacieuse’

There is always one person who just keeps it classic at an award show. Emmy Rossum did just that and nailed it. For her lips, try the lipstick below in ‘Dolce Lover.’
