Olivia’s New Favorite Work Out Shoes

I have recently discovered that Under Armor makes shoes and now I’m obsessed. All of the amazing benefits of the Under Armor clothing also come in shoe format. They are lightweight and great for the gym, but also sleek enough to wear around town. I also found them at Finish Line on sale, making them even more affordable in price. Here are the two pairs that I am currently wearing, plus a workout I have been doing while wearing them! If you have a TRX band, I have been using one with this work out. If not, just use body weight and the floor. This workout is great for isolating glutes and hamstrings!

15 Reverse lunge w/ hop each leg — explode from the lunge and bring knee to chest, switch sides

15 knee tucks — 4 times –(http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/knee-tuck-jump)

10 TRX Mountain Climers– both legs– four times (If you don’t have a TRX, just put feet on floor)

10 hamstring curls each leg –(If you don’t have a TRX, just put feet on floor)

20 crunches — 4 times

20 calf raises each leg — 4 times
