Five Minute Workout- For The Girl On The Go

Now that I’m a mom, my life is all about saving time and being comfortable. I’ve been doing a lot of 5 minute workout circuits spread throughout my day because my time is a lot more limited. I try to get in a couple of these combined with a little cardio everyday. Honestly, sometimes I even do these while holding Driver for the added weight!

For fashion, I don’t always have a lot of time to spend on my hair and makeup, so I love these Tribe Kelley hats for a cute and easy option when I’m running out the door. Also this top fits so loose and comfortable, it’s great for my daily routine and 5 minute workouts in between!

Five Minute Butt:

45 second regular squats

5 second rest

45 second narrow squat

5 second rest

45 second sumo squat

5 second rest

45 second walking lunges

5 second rest

45 second jump squats

**You will need 5-15lb weights**

45 second bicep curls (arms all the way down to 90°)

5 second rest

45 second bicep curls (arms 90° all the way up)

45 second bicep curls (arms all the way down and all the way up)

45 second triceps kickbacks

5 second rest

45 second straight arm pulses (arms straight out to the side pulse up and down)

5 second rest

45 second shoulder presses
