I am 2 weeks away from hopefully getting to meet my little man Driver. At this point, I’ve resorted to pool workouts…but if you keep scrolling you will find a great ab workout to mix in to your normal workout routine. It’s a great weekend addition, especially during pool season.
I think I am done with the picture taking at this point of pregnancy, but this week was even more fun because I selected things that I plan on wearing after pregnancy. Well, after I get back in shape after pregnancy, to be clear. These APL shoes are just everything and I love this look fitting crop, sports bra.

Do each exercise for 45 seconds continuously, rest at the end for 1 min, repeat 3-4 times:

Crunches

Squats
