I have been a makeup artist for almost 15 years now and one of the top questions I get is “what are you favorite products.” This is such a loaded question for me. The products I love can depend on the day, the shoot, the person, their skin tone, their skin type, their eye color, their hair color……you get my drift. So while I don’t think I can answer that question easily, I can tell you guys which products are currently my must haves in my personal makeup bag. They are some goodies!
IT COSMETICS CC Cream
I’ve been wearing this as my foundation for a few years now and it’s still my go to. I also use it on set. Make sure to apply with a damp beauty blender to really get that skin like dewy look!
TOM FORD Eye Color Quad
Obsession: All things Tom Ford, but especially this palette. Perfect for everyday or a night out. Looks good on every skin tone, eye color etc. Basically a must have.
NUDIES All Over Face Color
This stick has been my new favorite for bronze and contour. It is a really pretty natural sun kissed color and also comes with an easy blender brush on one end = win/win.
PAT McGRATH Lip Gloss
Never have I found a shine quite like this and shine is back in y’all! McGrath obviously knows her stuff, as she is one of the worlds top makeup artist. I love the way this gloss shines, but isn’t sticky and it really makes my lips look plump and juicy without all the tingly plumpers that a lot of other glosses use.
