I have had this palette for months now and knew I needed to do a tutorial after the first time using it. If you have followed Velvet’s Edge for awhile you know that I am a huge fan of the Urban Decay palettes and this one is no exception. The colors are perfect for summer. To me, the what’s even better is that it isn’t just an eye palette, it’s a blush and highlighter palette, plus Urban Decay makes a matching ‘Backtalk’ lipstick. It’s the whole shebang. Face:
I did this before the tutorial, so here is a quick step by step:
-Prep skin with MAC Strobe Cream for a dewy look
-Use a damp Beauty Blender to apply IT Cosmetics CC cream over entire face
-Apply MAC Prolongwear concealer to underlies and problem areas
-Highlight with Benefit Waats Up highlighter
-Contour with Nars 3-in-1 stick in ‘South Beach’

Eyes:
I didn’t even waste time linking the mediocre mascara, but I did link my favorite one by Rodial!
Cheeks:
I used the blush in ‘Double Take’
Lips:
Liner Color: ‘Edge to Edge’
